Causes of Poop Problems

There are many causes of poop problems. According to John Hopkin, here are some:

Crappsy cannot diagnose your stool problems, but it can help make sure that your stool says healthy according to the bristol stool scale, by reccommending recipes and products to help.

Here are some frequent causes of bowel issues:
Lack of exercise
Not enough liquids
Not enough fiber in the diet
Irritable bowel syndrome
Ignoring the urge to have a bowel movement
Changes in habits or lifestyle, such as travel, pregnancy, and old age
Problems with intestinal function
Abuse of laxatives

If you have diarrhea, make sure to drink a lot of water to hydrate yourself and replenish your water supply.

If your stool is on either spectrum of the Bristol Stool Scale- too hard or too soft, then you should eat more fiber. Of course, also avoid foods that trigger gut problems.
