If you have diarrhea, make sure to drink a lot of water to hydrate yourself and replenish your water supply.
If your stool is on either spectrum of the Bristol Stool Scale- too hard or too soft, then you should eat more fiber. Of course, also avoid foods that trigger gut problems.
